The Clinical Nursing program turns out nurses with sound practical skills as well as a proactive approach to the future development of the profession. Graduates will have the practical nursing skills needed to handle sophisticated treatments in clinical settings as well as the ability to think for themselves, make sound decisions, and take appropriate action. These are the nurses of tomorrow.

Disaster Nursing program Training nurses with the ability to effectively respond to disasters as well as engage in effective disaster preparation and mitigation activities

As with our Clinical Nursing program, Disaster Nursing seeks to develop the nurses of tomorrow—professionals who can think for themselves, make sound decisions, and take appropriate action. Graduates will be prepared to take a leadership role in disaster response as well as preparedness and mitigation activities, and will also have the ability to serve as disaster coordinators. Finally, they will develop the skills to take action from an international perspective should a major disaster affect a widespread area.
